This site is operated by Jay Campbell. I take your privacy seriously and aim to be transparent about what data is collected and why.

Your choices (cookies and analytics)

When you first visit, you can choose Essential only or Accept analytics. Essential mode still records a first-party, once-per-session page view (path, referrer, approximate location from IP, device hints) so I can see which pages attract serious inbound interest. Analytics mode additionally loads Microsoft Clarity, RB2B, and a small first-party analytics script for richer session context. You can change your mind anytime by clearing site data for this domain and reloading.

Contact and lead forms

If you use the contact form, I collect what you submit (for example company, role, how you found me, and project context) plus technical metadata such as IP address, browser, and referrer. I may enrich your work email with publicly available company data (for example via Hunter.io) to respond with more relevant context. Submissions are stored in my systems (such as Notion) and emailed to me.

Analytics and Session Recording

If you choose Accept analytics, I partner with Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. Clarity captures behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays to help me improve the site experience.

Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. This information is used for site optimization and security purposes.
